The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of the Multicultural Association of Russian-speaking Women - "Ogonyok".

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the multimedia team and other volunteers in their use of hardware/software (using TeamViewer)
  • Maintain devices
  • Provide general IT technical support and other technologies devices troubleshooting (e.g. smart devices)

Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge and experience in web development
  • Troubleshooting ability and techniques desirable
  • Customer service
  • Knowledge of Wordpress is helpful
