The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of Bowen Street Community Centre.

Can you help us by providing one-on-one IT support during one on one sessions. The support involves assisting individuals with troubleshooting issues on i-pads, i-phones and laptops.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals in the community with phone or computer assistance
  • Conduct a 1-hour session sorting out IT issues for individuals

It can be as simple as guiding them through using a new phone or how to send an email.

You will need to be flexible with days and times as we make 2 appointments (1 hour each) per week during school terms.
