Anita Paxton, a retired nurse and volunteer will take you through Able X to see if it's an activity you'll enjoying volunteering.

The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of The Boroondara Stroke Support Group (BSSG).

Calling Allied Health Professionals eg OTs, Physios and Nurses for Upper Limb Training (Able X). Are you a retired or current Allied Health professional – eg physio, OT or nurse, looking to volunteer for a few hours each week in your local community?

The Boroondara Stroke Support Group (BSSG) is looking for more volunteers to join it's Able X team. Able X is an upper limb training tool (using hand held control devices).

The Boroondara Stroke Support Group (BSSG) was started by a stroke survivor over 20 years ago to support other stroke survivors and their carers in rebuilding their post-stroke lives.

The group runs a variety of activities to provide social support to its members.

BSSG is currently looking for more volunteers to join its Able X team.  Able X is an upper limb training tool (using hand held control devices). 

We are a fun and caring team, supported by a part-time Hub Administrator. Our aim is to support stroke survivors in rebuilding their post stroke lives.  We would love you to join us.
