The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of The Boroondara Stroke Support Group Inc. (BSSG).

The Boroondara Stroke Support Group (BSSG) was started by a stroke survivor over 20 years ago to support other stroke survivors and their carers in rebuilding their post-stroke lives.

The group runs a variety of activities to provide social support to its members.

BSSG is currently looking for more volunteers to join us. You will play a crucial role in helping us to discover ways to simplify tasks, foster seamless collaboration and boost efficiency.

Specifically:

This role requires a person to oversee the IT support to the Hub.

Enhance our productivity at Google suite, encompassing free user-friendly tools Like Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets and more.

Prioritize and escalate any IT issues by raising tickets and following up problem until it is solved.

Monitoring performance of IT equipment and computers.

We are a fun and caring team, supported by a part-time Hub Administrator. Our aim is to support stroke survivors in rebuilding their post stroke lives.  We would love to hear from you.
