Reimbursement

CCA requesting a volunteer, lunch provided. Costs can be discussed for consideration for reimbursement, if reasonable & inline with job requirements.

The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of Crohn's & Colitis Australia (CCA)

We are looking for a professional, semi-professional or skilled amateur photographer/videographer to capture a special event on Sunday 2 August, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at TwistedED Science venue, based in Moorabbin.

The activities will cover families enjoying the day, children participating in the science activities and parents attending a Q & A Information Session with specialist IBD staff from the Monash Children's Hospital to further develop skills in supporting their child living with Crohn's and colitis, and to provide valuable connections with other parents navigating similar challenges.

The photographer/videographer will be responsible for taking high-quality photos of speakers and participants, which will feature in our quarterly CCA magazine, our social media platforms and our Christmas Fundraising Campaign 2026. Credit will be given for all photos used on these channels.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience taking high-quality photographs and video
  • Ability to capture candid moments professionally
  • Ability to work independently and follow a brief
  • Own photography/videography equipment
  • Ability to provide edited images and video files after event.

The person will be required to hold a volunteer Working With Children's Check (free) and be prepared to undergo a Police check funded by CCA.
