The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of the Fair Trade and Gift Shop.
What you’ll do
- Help manage and update our Shopify online store
- Create engaging product descriptions, promotions, and marketing content
- Promote our products across social media platforms
- Publish regular weekly posts and campaigns
- Help increase website traffic, customer engagement, and sales
- Share our organisation’s story and connect customers with our mission
- Work as part of our friendly and creative social media team
What we’re looking for
- Experience using Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform
- Knowledge of online promotion, digital marketing, and social media
- Strong written English and the ability to create compelling content
- Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in helping an organisation grow
- Reliability and the ability to contribute regularly each week
