Amaroo Neighbourhood Centre is always seeking volunteers to help support our mission. We provide a friendly and welcoming community with flexible days and hours that suit you, and no prior experience is necessary. At the moment we are looking for people who can volunteer on Mondays and Fridays, if you have experience in an op shop - bonus!
Key Responsibilities for Op Shop include:
- dusting
- cleaning
- merchandising
- sorting
- pricing
- customer service
Further occasional responsibilities in the Centre | Programs
- setting up tables & chairs
- packing down tables and chairs
- support with cleaning and organising before and after programs
- Dishwashing or serving at community meals
