The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of Inclusion Melbourne Inc.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support Community Support Coordinators with recruitment-related administration, including creating and maintaining volunteer files, ensuring all checklist documentation is complete and current, uploading and updating information in the Brevity database, preparing “Getting to Know You” profiles, and assisting with refreshing volunteer advertisements on SEEK.
- Ensure program templates and administrative documents are current and used consistently across programs.
- Assist with follow-ups and communication with volunteers, participants, and recipients, in consultation with Community Support Coordinators.
Data Entry
- Assist Community Support Coordinators with accurate data entry and maintenance of activity reports and program records.
Relationship Management
- Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date stakeholder and contact records to ensure effective communication and coordination.
