The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is promoting this opportunity on behalf of The Fair Trade and Gift Shop.
What you'll do:
- Help plan and coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and supplies
- Assist with sorting, packing and organising donated items
- Implement a simple inventory record (what we have, where it is, and when it's needed)
- Communicate with other volunteers to keep everyone informed
- Help troubleshoot on the day to keep everything running smoothly
We're looking for someone who:
- Is organised and detail-oriented
- Can manage multiple small tasks and timelines
- Communicates clearly by email, phone, and in person
- Is dependable and comfortable working behind the scenes
- Enjoys problem-solving and staying calm under pressure
- Has basic experience with spreadsheets or inventory tools
