Make a genuine difference - become a Leisure Buddy!
Mark* is a friendly and gentle man in his 40s who loves musicals, movies & tv shows – especially the Bold & the Beautiful. He's seeking a friend to connect with and do activities together such as walks, netball, bowling, swimming or even the gym. He's also up for a coffee and a chat, or exploring local events! We're looking for a friendly, patient and empathic volunteer. No previous experience required! Location based around Forest Hill / Blackburn South area.
This volunteer role is flexible, with full training and ongoing support provided. We ask for a commitment of at least 6 months, for around 1–2 hours every fortnight.
Come and join us! Make a new friend, gain valuable experience and provide meaningful social connection to someone who needs it.
