Are you a friendly, reliable woman who enjoys good conversation and building meaningful connections?

We are seeking a female volunteer through the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) to visit a lovely lady living in residential aged care. She is of Sri Lankan background, a retired Science teacher, and remains mentally active with a strong interest in learning and thoughtful conversation.

Warm, well-spoken, and intellectually curious, she would truly enjoy regular visits from someone who shares her love of engaging discussion. Whether chatting about science, culture, education, or day-to-day life, your presence can make a meaningful difference in her week.

Just an hour a fortnight is all it takes to brighten someone’s day and build a beautiful connection.
