Alamein Neighbourhood and Learning (Alamein) is a neighbourhood house and Learn Local organisation located in Ashburton, opposite the Alamein train station, in the City of Boroondara. We are seeking applications for an experienced treasurer to join our skills-based voluntary Committee of Management (CoM) and to assist with the implementation of our new 3 year strategic plan.

Our volunteer Committee of Management (CoM) provides strategic direction, governance support and oversight to the Centre to help meet its service delivery goals. The Committee works closely with the Executive Officer.

Do you have time to walk Lotti and Benji the greyhounds? They’re big dogs so need a firm hand or two! Lottie, Benji and their owner are part of Balwyn Evergreen's dog walking program, which ensures canine companions are exercised. This is a lifesaver for owners who are unable to walk their dogs due to physical or cognitive decline.
