Balwyn Evergreen is seeking a volunteer to assist with delivery of our Supported Lifestyle Program (SLP) activities. You will bring a positive and empathetic mindset to ensure these afternoon sessions are fun and engaging for our clients, who have some cognitive decline or mild dementia.

Balwyn Evergreen is looking for volunteer cooks to prepare simple and nourishing meals for our Supported Lifestyle Program clients on Wednesdays and Fridays. This is an important role that supports our mission of preventing social isolation in older people through active engagement.

Support your local community by assisting older residents in maintaining their independence at home through nutritious meal preparation. We’re looking for volunteers to help pack meals for distribution to our clients. Opportunities are available weekdays, from 10 AM to 1 PM. Join us in making a difference!

Assist with serving meals for vulnerable and disadvantaged people in Boroondara at Camberwell Salvation Army on a Sunday from 12 noon to 2pm. You may choose to volunteer every Sunday of the month, or one Sunday each month on a rotating roster.
