The 2026 Camberwell Art Show will be held for the first time at Carey Baptist Grammar School. We are excited with our new venue, and as before we need large numbers of volunteers to assist Camberwell Rotary Club members with a wide range of exciting and challenging roles on Tuesday 30 June, Wednesday 1 July, Sunday 12 July and Monday 13 July. Most roles are for 4 hours, some require no specific skill, others require computer, customer service and hospitality skills. Training available.

The support provided by volunteers in this position assists Alamein to provide a friendly welcome to all visitors and attendees at the centre. The role is to greet visitors entering the centre, direct them to the correct room or staff member, make a tea or coffee for them and ensure the common area is a welcoming place.

Do you live near Rowell Avenue in Camberwell? Or near Victory blvd & Warrigal road Ashburton? We are also looking for someone near Northcote Ave Balwyn. We have a senior resident in these locations waiting to be matched with a volunteer. We know that bin day can be a challenge for some seniors. Many need just a small helping hand. This new program will pair volunteers who live nearby and will help an older neighbour move their bins each week. A simple thing that can have a big impact!

Experience in retail management is required, understanding of a Not-for-Profit organisation, community engagement and capacity building is a must.
