Craft Group Assistant

Invite and escort residents from their rooms (wheelchair support if needed), interact warmly with residents including those with sensory or communication challenges, and help high‑needs residents with simple craft activities led by an instructor.

Residential Bus Assistant

Support residents at Faversham House on weekly Monday afternoon bus outings. Assist residents from room to bus using wheelchairs if required, ensure safe boarding via steps or hoist, secure seatbelts, serve tea and coffee, engage socially with residents, and escort them back to their rooms. Always supported by staff.
